tonight was an easy but delicious meal. for only $3.99 for a box of four 4 oz. patties, i picked up aldi's fit & active bacon & cheddar ground chicken burgers. in ten minutes on our pre-heated george foreman, the burgers were cooked...juicy and full of flavor. we threw them on toasted wheat buns with some crisp lettuce and a little ketchup and yummy! even our two picky eaters gobbled them up! served alongside of aldi's seasonal frozen grilled vegetables ($2.99 for 20 oz.)and a dish of sliced fresh strawberries it was a perfect meal for the end of a gorgeous summer day.
